Can Yakima Locking Mount Bracket for LoadWarrior Fit Round Crossbars

Question:

Can this be attached to a kayak trailer with round bars? I would like to place it on top of the trailer, attach load bars to the top of the LoadWarrior, and then mount kayak/bike holders on top.
