Since EZ Loader does not include bearing information in their website trailer specs all you'll need to do is pull one hub, remove its bearings and wipe them clean so you can read their part numbers. Please refer to the linked photo that shows how these bearing numbers usually appear. You might also be able to find the bearing numbers in your documentation but pulling a hub is the surest way to get it right.

Once you know your bearing numbers you can simply search on those part numbers or refer to the linked page which displays our range of bearings, races, seals and grease caps.

I also included two helpful articles on bearings, one to help you identify parts based on the axle weight rating and the other to help your installation. Be sure to clean out all old grease from your hubs and spindle before packing and installing the new bearings.

I also linked an article on grease formulas.
