The Titan Drum Brake Actuator with Manual Lockout # T63FR is designed to fit 3-inch-wide trailer tongues. The three 1/2-inch diameter mounting holes are spaced apart by 3-inches and 2-3/4-inches as shown in the linked video and photo that I prepared for you.
