I checked with Curt and can confirm for you that the Curt Trailer Hitch # C15810 will work with your 2010 Ford F-250 or F-350 Super Duty King Ranch that has a Ranch Hand Bumper.

Please note that spare tires larger than 20" will not be able to be stored in the original location under your truck with the use of this hitch.
