If your Lippert Ground Control 3.0 # LC358590 is showing low voltage but you have tested it and the voltage is fine then there is a wiring issue that you will need to locate. Go over your wiring thoroughly and you are likely to find that you have a damaged or frayed wire that you will need to repair.
