My prodigy brake controller on my 9200 international is sending a code of PL

The "P.L." code you are seeing on the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Trailer Brake Controller part # 90885 means that there is a power interruption while the brake pedal is depressed. From my experience, this means that you have a poor ground on the white wire or short on the black power wire.
I would first start with the white ground wire and attach it directly to the negative battery terminal to see if that fixes the issue. If not then you will need to trace the black power wire from the controller to the battery to see if there are any shorts in-between.
