How to Adapt B and W Companion Hitch to Fit 2018 Chevy Silverado 2500 with Factory Rail Kit

Question:

I have your under bed mount on my 2015 gmc 2500 with the turn over ball. Also I have the companion slider fifth wheel with the square metal stock on bottom of hitch that s in the under bed mount. Just bought a 2018 Chevy 2500 and that has a round under bed mount in the factory set up. Does that mean that this hitch will not work on this truck? Or is ther a adapter to go from square to round?

What you need is the B and W Companion base plate part # BWRVB3770. You'll be able to take the head off of your current Companion hitch and install it on this base and you'll have a hitch that will attach to the factory rail kit of your 2018 Chevy Silverado 2500.
