While there is a trailer hitch that fits a 2013 Subaru Impreza sedan the # DT24959 you referenced only fits an Impreza 5-door wagon with a single exhaust.

Instead you will need Curt Trailer Hitch # C11408 UNLESS your '13 Impreza sedan is a WRX or WRX STi model; if that is the case you will need Curt Trailer Hitch # C11317.

Both of these are Class I hitches with a 1-1/4" receiver and complete bolt-on installations so you will not have to drill into your Subaru's frame.
