Are the bearings already packed and pressed into the drums or does everything need assembled when I receive it?

Everything comes with the Titan 5 on 4-1/2 Complete Hub-and-Drum Assembly # T1544500042 but you will need to pack the bearings and then install them and the grease seal inside the hub and drum assembly.
You can use a bearing packer like part # PTW1218 to make packing the grease into the bearings much easier. This tool requires the use of a grease gun like part # L30200 and a cartridge like part # L11465 if you don't already have these handy.
