For your 2018 Honda HR-V, I recommend the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # 306-X7322. This receiver is 2" hitch so you will so you can choose from a wide variety of accessories. I've linked the pages to compatible bike racks and cargo carriers to assist.

If you will be towing with this hitch, then I recommend the wiring harness # 118673 which will install to your factory wiring harness located behind the trim on either side of your rear cargo area. Then for a ball mount I recommend the Convert-A-Ball # AMSC2 along with a Pin and Clip # PC3. Then you will need a hitch ball like # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch diameter or # 19258 for a 2 inch diameter to match your trailer coupler.
