From what I could find online it looks like the length of your 2018 Jayco Feather X17Z is about 18'6". Since covers do not go over the tongue you will need to subtract about 36" of length (for the tongue) to find a cover that will fit your X17Z.

For your application I recommend going with the Adco part # AD37ZR. This all-climate cover features an Olefin top panel for superior resistance to the elements. This gives you the best protection with the excellent product you are getting.

This fits trailers that are 15'1" - 18' long. I have attached a photo that you can utilize to ensure that this fits your Feather X17Z.
