The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL88299 referenced in your question is indeed confirmed to fit your 2018 Toyota Tundra. These air springs have a weight capacity of up to 5,000 pounds and can be adjusted from 5 psi to 100 psi. The springs in the kit will support approximately 40 pounds of load (combined on both springs) for each 1 PSI of pressure.
