Difference between Code 20099 7 inch wire and Code 20119 44 wire.

The difference is the length of the lead wire. Both part # 20099 and (discontinued) part # HM20119 use the same Engager Push-To-Test Trailer Breakaway Kit w/ Built-In Charger but the part 20099 only has a 7" long lead wire while part 20119 has a 44" long lead wire.
