Recommended Trailer Hitch Receiver Compatibility with Curt 3-Bike Rack
Question:
Thank you Jason for the link which was very helpful. Which locking hitch pin would you recommend to use.

All standard 2 inch trailer hitch receivers have the 5/8 inch hitch pin. The Curt Premium 3 Bike Rack for 2" Hitches - Tilting # C18063 will fit that receiver well and comes with an anti-wobble hitch pin that is threaded to perfectly fit your receiver and bike rack.
I recommend the Curt Adjustable Cable Lock - Steel - 6' Long # C23666 to further secure your bikes to the rack. You may also want to consider the Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter Bar for Women's, Children's, and Alternative Frame Bikes # 64005. This creates a top frame rail between the seat post and handlebars for level transport and ground clearance.

Unfortunately there is not a locking hitch pin for Curt Bike Racks. Other manufacturers make similar threaded hitch locks but we have had customers damage their bike racks trying to make another one fit and cross threading the bike rack. We recommend using the cable lock and running it through the hitch safety chain loops to secure the rack and the bikes to your vehicle.
If you don't like that cable lock option, then I recommend instead using the Swagman Trailhead 3 Bike Rack for 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting # S63365 along with the Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock and Cable for Swagman Bike Racks w/ 1-1/4" & Combo Shanks - 7' # S64031.
