Will Brophy Camper Tie Downs Work Well on 2006 Chevy Silverado

Will these work on a 2006 Silverado? Are they as reliable as the frame mounts?

Expert Reply:

Torklift frame mounted camper tie downs are the best option out there for securing a camper to a truck bed. But that said the Brophy camper tie downs part # TDSF which are a universal style of fit do work really well for our customers who have tried them. The price for them is really hard to beat as well. We've not had any reliability issues with these at all either. The only issues we've ever had are that they don't fit every stake pocket out there. We do know they'll fit Silverado stake pockets like what you have though.

For a hardware kit you'd then want the part # TDHP which attaches the camper to the tie down.

If you get back to me with your payload, bed length, hitch style, cab style, and if you have running boards I can recommend you a Torklift option.
