Yes, the Husky Liners Custom Rear Wheel Well Guards part # HL79111 will work on your 2012 Ford F-250/F-350 (Single Rear Wheel Only) with the factory gooseneck hitch. The hitch ball release for the factory gooseneck hitch is on the ball so there is not a lever in the wheel well like most aftermarket gooseneck trailer hitches.
