I have a 2018 Ram 2500 and want to know how heavy the B and W Companion hitch # BWRVK3670 is that is designed to fit the rail kit I have in the bed?

The B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider for Ram Towing Prep Package # BWRVK3670 that fits the factory rail kit your truck has that you referenced weighs 303 lbs. That is quite a bit of weight to lift in and out of the truck bed but the head does come off of the hitch to make it a bit lighter weight.
