You actually don't have to remove the bed to install the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1116 on your 2018 Ford F-350 Super Duty. The hitch comes in pieces that you lift into place one at a time from underneath the bed.
