I do have similar ladder racks for your 2008 Nissan Frontier but the MaxxTow Truck Bed Ladder Rack MT70423 will NOT work with the Utili-Track System. Instead, you will want to take a look at the Erickson Truck Bed Ladder Rack w/ Load Stops part # EM07705 which has an 800 lb weight capacity.
