The plug you are referring to is a European 7-way trailer connector. The only adapter we have for this is the Trailer Connector Adapter part # 118710 which will allow you to use the above trailer connector with a US trailer side trailer connector. We do not have any other adapters for the European 7-way so if the trailer you are using does not have a US 4-way on it, then you will need to install a US 4-way on it or make a custom adapter.
