Does Transmission Cooler increase Towing Capacity
Question:
I have a 2003 F150 4.6 engine truck. Will adding a translation oil cooler increase the towing capability.

Transmission coolers will prolong the life of a transmission but they do not add towing capacity. I would highly recommend the Derale transmission cooler part # D13503 for your 2003 Ford F-150 but you would not be able to increase your towing capacity by using it.
