In order to install your old Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 33328 on a 2006 Honda Pilot you will want to use the Replacement Hardware Kit for Trailer Hitches part # RHK. Once you arrive at the product page you will need to enter "33328" into the hitch item number box and select "Curt" from the manufacturer dropdown.
