Question:
My lock is frozen and I cannot unlock to change the ball size. I have tried PB rust and a few other sprays. Please help. Any suggestions to getting the lock off to change the balls?

If the tubular key lock in your Weigh Safe adjustable ball mount is frozen and will not operate even after an application of an aerosol corrosion inhibitor like PB Blaster then other than giving it another try with that spray and a few reasonable whacks with a hammer to loosen it up, your only option will be to drill out the lock core to release the ball platform.
These sprays can take time to work. If you can remove the entire ball mount from the hitch and re-apply the spray you can try moving the mount to different positions so that the lubricant has a chance to works its way into the lock. A good overnight soak with the solvent is often what it takes.
Keeping the ball mount in a warm place overnight might also help the lubricant penetrate.
If you do end up drilling out the lock then you can use Replacement Locking Dual Pin Assembly # WS03.
