Question:
Just bought a 2018 F-150 with a 6-1/2 foot bed. I am currently using an AirSafe fifth wheel hitch but I would like to be able to tow a gooseneck trailer as well. Is there anything available that will let me tow a gooseneck trailer even though I have base rails in the bed of my pickup?

We do have a variety of adapters that allow you to tow a gooseneck trailer with the base rails like the Reese # RP50087-58 installed on your 2018 Ford F-150 6-1/2' bed.
The most popular is the Curt Spyder # 16085 which features spring-loaded safety chain loops for a great looking adapter. Since you have a short bed though you may want to use the Curt Above-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # 16055 which gives you an additional 3" of clearance. Both of these options have a weight rating of 25,000 lbs so you will be able to tow to the max capacity of your F-150 without worrying about overloading the adapter.
Review videos for both adapters have been linked for you to check out.
