I reached out to Jayco and they told me the box length of your 2017 Jay Flight 174BH is 18 feet and 2 inches so the Adco cover you're looking at, part # 290-52240, is great for you. The cover is designed for trailers from 18 to 20 feet long when measuring from the rearmost point to the front of the box. You can verify the fit by measuring your trailer.

This is a great cover for areas that a high in moisture and humidity.
