New led lights have 3 wires Red-BlackandGreen. It says Red is Positive, Black is Negative, Green is Brake. On the Trailer Left side of trailer is Yellow and Brown Yellow is Turn/Brake. Brown tail lights Right Side is Green and Brown Green is Turn/Brake. Brown tail lights I have never seen positive- negative on tails lights. Any ideas? Thanks

Trailer lights like yours have two brightness levels. The lower brightness which is for the running lights (the red wire you mentioned), and a brighter intensity for brake and turn signal (the green you mentioned). The black wire would then need to be grounded.

On your trailer wiring the yellow and green wires are the stop turn circuits for each side of the trailer. Green is right turn/stop and yellow is left turn/stop. Both of these get ran to the green wires on your lights. The brown gets ran to the red wire of the lights and the black would get ran back to the main ground wire of the trailer (usually white), or you can run it to a clean metal surface on the frame.
