There is not a rear leveling kit for a 2018 Dodge Durango RT from any of our manufacturers at this time. My recommendation is to use a weight distribution system as the aftermarket hitches like the Curt # C13182 and Draw-Tite # 75713 or # DT84MR will handle much more tongue weight with a WD system. This will assist with mitigating the squat at the rear of your vehicle for a more level ride when you use the proper system for your trailer.

When determining a weight distribution system, you want to determine the loaded tongue weight of your trailer along with any cargo weight behind the rear axle of your Durango. That combination will give you the total tongue weight of your trailer and ideally you want that total weight to be near the center of the weight range of your weight distribution system.
