Hi, Is this the complete assembly? Puck system slide base and upper fifth wheel hitch? The pictures show the complete unit, just want to make sure its the whole unit.

The Curt E16 5th Wheel Hitch w R16 Roller for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package # C16667 comes with the hitch head, sliding base, and adapter to your Chevy Factory prep package pucks. I've attached a video that shows the parts and their functions.
If you were to part this kit out it would include the Curt E16 5th Wheel Hitch Head Unit # C16515, the Curt R16 Fifth-Wheel Roller - 16,000 lbs # C16560, and the Curt OEM Fifth Wheel Roller Adapter for Chevrolet and General Motors Trucks with Factory Towing Prep Package # C16023.
