Yes, depending on what type of trailer connecter your truck is equipped with will determine what you will need to install the Tekonsha PRIMUS IQ Brake Controller on your Toyota Tundra.
If your Tundra is equipped with a factory 7-way trailer connector, you can easily install the brake controller using the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter, part # 3040-P. The brake controller port should be located above and behind the left kick panel.
If your Tundra has a factory 4-way, or does not have a trailer connector, you will need to hard-wire the brake controller using the Brake Controller 4 and 7-Way Installation Kit, part # ETBC7.
I have linked a video installation of a brake controller on a 2010 Tundra using the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter, part # 3040-P. Also linked are instructions for the Brake Controller 4 and 7-Way Installation Kit, part # ETBC7.
