If you are looking to replace the 7-way trailer connector on your 2012 Toyota Tacoma then the Pollak Replacement 7-Pole, RV-Style Trailer Connector Socket part # PK11893 may work for you. In order to determine whether or not it does you will need to make sure the 7-way trailer connector you have now comes apart or splits into two pieces. I have attached a video which shows the plug being pulled apart. If it does then you are good to go with the above but if not then you will need to cut the old one off and use the Pollak Black Plastic, 7-Pole, RV Blade-Style Trailer Socket part # PK12-707E.
If you are looking to add a 7-way trailer connector on your 2012 Toyota Tacoma then you are going to want to use both the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 118496 and the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller part # ETBC7 as there is not a port for the 7-way to just plug right in.
