Parked Trailer Stabilizing Scissor Jack Recommendation for 2019 Wildwood FSX 179DBK
Question:
Hello, I recently purchased a 2019 Wildwood FSX 179DBK. It is a 21foot travel trailer that I purchased to permanently park at my hunting lease. It only has the rear scissor jacks and the tongue jack in the front for stabilization. I would like to find something to further stabilize the unit in place especially on the sides as when we step into the trailer, or walk around the trailer, it moves from side to side. Could you recommend a non-electric solution that we could use? I envision something that is either a 36inch long bar that can go on either side or two additional adjustable jacks that can be on either side to provide more stability. Thank you in advance.

For a non-electric stabilizer jack for your trailer I recommend another set of scissor jacks like the Ultra Fab scissor jack pairs part # UF48-979002 installed on the front of the trailer as well. I prefer these over the swinging jacks you referenced as they provide more support and the ability to fine tune the support better.
