At this point in time we haven't had the chance to shoot an installation video of the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13357 on a 2004 Ford F-150 but we do have the installation instructions which I have linked to this page for you to reference as well as a picture of this installed that a customer sent in.
We do have an installation video of the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13352 on a 2005 Ford F-150. This trailer hitch has the same weight ratings of the Curt trailer hitch you referenced, has a Class III rating, and a 2" receiver as well. I have attached the installation video for this if you choose to go this route.
If you don't already have wiring for towing then we have part # C55551 for a 4-Way or part # 118247 for a 7-Way. You can easily mount either option with mounting bracket # 18144 or # 18138 respectively along with the no-drill mounting bracket # 18140.
Then to complete your towing setup I recommend the Weigh Safe # LTB6-2 which is an adjustable ball mount which is great for pickups that will be used for a variety of towing applications. You can secure this with a pin & clip # PC3 or a locking hitch pin like # WS05.
