Are you referring to the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider part # BWRVK3270? If so then no because it is designed to attach to above bed base rails, you would want to use the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # BWRVK3670 which is designed for a Ram with the factory puck system.

The B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package part # BWRVK3700 will not fit a 2018 Ram because the spacing of the pucks are much closer together for Chevy than they are for Ram. However, I do have an option for you that will allow you to use part of your B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package on your Ram and not require you to purchase an entire brand new 5th wheel hitch.
The head on your B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package is the same as the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Ram Towing Prep Package part # BWRVK3600 therefore all you need is the correct base, part # BWRVB3600.
