Yes, the Curt rails that come with the kit part # C16411-204 that you referenced are compatible with the Andersen Ultimate Fifth Wheel Rail Kit adapter part # AM3200 that you also mentioned. I attached a picture of the AM3200 installed in a similar set of rails as the Curt for you to check out as well.
