Size of Hardware to Attach Reese Safety Chain Kit with Clevis Hooks

Can you verify the size of bolts. The description says 1/2 inch bolts. On the installation instructions PDF it says 9/16 inch bolts. Which is correct? Thanks

I spoke with a representative of Reese who told me the size of the bolts are 9/16 inch for the Reese Safety Chain Kit with Clevis Hooks # RP49151, as per the written instructions. The kit does come with the hardware needed to attach the safety chains to your Reese Goose Box.
