Is Adjusting Coupler Height Better Than Going with Lower Drop Ball Mount
Question:
Would it be a good idea to not by as much of a drop in a hitch and raise your tongue coupler on a adjustable trailer tongue setup. If I only go with a 6in drop in my hitch I would have to raise the trailer tongue to the highest setting on the adjustment setup.

As long as the trailer ends up level that's all that really matters. I'd go the route that's the easiest for you to accomplish that. A ball mount with a lot of drop can be more expensive so maybe adjust the trailer coupler height so that you can find a ball mount that works and doesn't cost quite as much.
I attached a help article on picking out the correct rise/drop ball mount for you to check out as well.
