what are the options with ACC on my jeep. Is there something in the way of installation or what? is there a work around?

For your 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited JL with the adaptive cruise control (ACC) you can use the Roadmaster EZ4 Base Plate Kit part # RM-521453-4 which is a confirmed fit. If you have a Blue OX tow bar then you can still use it with this base plate kit but you will also need the Roadmaster Tow Bar Adapter part # RM-032. The issue with ACC is in regards to the location of the sensors/brackets which Roadmaster has deemed is not an issue while using the above base plate kit.
