Question:
I have a curt Q24 that mounts to GMs factory installed mounts. I now have a 2018 Ram 3500 64 bed that does not have factory mounts. Is this what I need to be able to use my Q24 in my new Ram? What else would I need to get?

Sounds like you have the Curt Q24 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package # C16545-16025 and want a slider base to fit standard rails that you'd have installed in the bed of your 2018 Ram 3500. For that you'd want the # C16570 and you'd be set. You'd take the head off of your current hitch and attach it to this slider base and you'd have a slider hitch setup ready to install in industry standard fifth wheel rails.
If you need a rail kit you'd want the custom install kit part # C16430-204 which is confirmed as a fit for your truck. I attached a link to an install video for these rails for you to check out as well.
For a 7-way to install in the bed of your truck to make connecting your trailer lights easier you would want the part # 41157. Most 7-ways will be at the rear of the truck near the bumper which doesn't work will with fifth wheel hitches. This kit installs in line with the 7-way at the rear of your truck and gives you a second one to install in the bed.
