Comparing the Valterra Sewer Wye Part T38 and Part TR38

What is the difference between the Valterra T38 and TR38 sewer waste valves? Thank you.

The Double RV Waste Valves part # T38 has rotating valves on both the black water 3" hub outlet and the grey water 1-1/2" hub outlet whereas the Double RV Waste Valves part # TR38 only has a rotating valve on the grey water 1-1/2" hub outlet.
