Roof Rack Components To Install Yakima Roundbars on 2013 Subaru XV Crosstrek
Question:
I have a yakima round bar system now but have changed vehicles. the mounting is different. My new car is a subaru cross trex 2013. Im not sure if I need the base line, skyline, ridgeline or the timerline? Any thoughts?

Expert Reply:
Yakima did change the feet and mount kits recently but I can help you reuse your round bars on your 2013 Subaru Crosstrek. You already have bars like the part # Y00408, so you'd need the # Y03536 and # Y00147 and you'd be set. I attached a picture of what this rack will look like once installed as well as an install video on a very similar 2014 Crosstrek.
