this hitch fits 2500 ram 2018 diesel and do i need the frame rail kit and what does it cost

Curt does have a gooseneck hitch that fits your 2018 Ram 2500, part # C60614, but the part # C60607 that you referenced does not fit. This hitch also fits with the diesel Cummins engine as well. I attached an install video and picture for you to check out as well.
