For 2019 dodge durango I am looking for a good trailer hitch. sturdy and strong. also need 4-way wiring harness. What would you recommend for a weight distribution system as well?

The trailer hitch I recommend for your 2019 Dodge Durango is the Draw-Tite # 75713 because of its large 900 lb tongue weight capacity and the fact that it does not require drilling into your Durango's frame to install. This hitch has a 2" receiver and 6,000 lb towing capacity, though that number increases to 7,500 lbs when used with a weight distribution system. Please keep in mind that you will need to check your Durango's owner's manual for the vehicle's towing capacity and abide by whichever is lower - the capacity of the vehicle or the hitch.
For a trailer connector, the correct 4-way wiring harness will depend on if your your '19 Durango has the factory tow package or not. If you DO have the factory tow package you will need the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118617.
If you DO NOT have the factory tow package you will need the T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C55515.
I have added links to installation videos of both wiring harnesses on a Durango for you to take a look at, as well as a link to an install of the Draw-Tite hitch. I also recommend checking out Ball Mount Kit # 989900, which is for 2” hitches and may fulfill your towing needs in one tidy package; two ball mounts - one with a 3/4” rise or 2” drop and the other with a 2-3/4” rise or 4” drop - a 1-7/8” hitch ball, a 2” hitch ball, and a pin and clip.
You can use the link to the help article on ball mounts I've added to determine if this kit will give you the correct amount of drop or rise.
For a weight distribution system I highly recommend the Equal-i-zer # EQ37100ET because this system prevents sway instead of just manages it via 4 points of sway control via friction in the spring bars. It also uses clamp-on brackets so you won't have to drill along your trailer frame, and allows you to back up with the system on.
Our customers who have used this system regard it very highly, with well over 400 reviews it has averaged nearly 5 out of 5 stars, as you can see on the product page. This system comes with everything you need for installation though it is recommended you use thin-walled socket # EQ70-00-4800 to help install the hitch ball.
The Equal-i-zer # EQ37100ET is for total tongue weights up to 1,000 lbs so if your total tongue weight is up to 1,400 lbs you can use the Equal-i-zer # EQ37140ET. Total tongue weight is the tongue weight of your fully loaded and ready to go trailer plus the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of your Durango.
The tongue weight is typically between 10% and 15% of your trailer's GVWR but you'll want to verify it by using a scale such as the etrailer # e99044 or by using one of the methods outlined in the help article on determining tongue weight I've linked for you. From there, simply add on the weight of the cargo behind the rear axle of your tow vehicle and you'll have your TTW.
