For your 2017 GMC Sierra 3500 Denali with long bed and dual rear wheels you can absolutely still use an autoslider hitch if desired. Since you have the factory 5th wheel prep package puck system you will first need the adapter # DM6206 and then you can use the Demco Hijacker 18,000 lb # DM8550034 or 21,000 lb # DM8550035. This will work very well together.

You also may want to consider adding a wiring connection to the bed for a clean look and easy connection point using # A10-7010. This will plug right into your factory wiring behind your bumper and will give you a second connection point for your truck. The harness is 10 feet long, so you can put the connection wherever is most convenient for you.
