There is a great option from Rhino-Rack though not using the specific part you asked about. Instead, you will need the following parts:

- Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars # RRVA126B-2
- Rhino-Rack SX Series Legs # RRSX100

This roof rack uses aerodynamic bars that have rubber vortex strips in their top channels which greatly minimize the amount of wind noise you might encounter. The design of the bars, as well as their low profile, give them a unique and rugged look atop your '18 4Runner.
