Question:
I have an EZ Loader I-beam boat trailer under my Hewes 18 foot RedFisher. The I-beam thickness seems thicker than what I’m seeing on your video with the angle iron you used in your demonstration. What size clips would I need to clip onto this EZ Loader I-beam A frame boat trailer?

The CE Smith Trailer Wiring Clips # CE16867A referenced in your question will fit around edges that are up to 5/32 inches thick. I am not sure how thick the I-beam is on your EZ Loader Boat Trailer but we do have the slightly larger # 464600 Clip that will work with a frame thickness of up to 5/16 of an inch. I recommend simply measuring the thickness on the beam to see if one of these options will work.
If the I-beam is too thick for either of these options then your best bet will be to use something like the Redline # A0500 that can just be attached to the using a self-tapping screw. I have attached a short video review on this clip that you can check out as well.
