Will a relocated license plate bracket light work on the 4 pole Kit? What parts are recommended?

A relocated license plate bracket light will work with the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118605 you reference. You will simply splice into the brown running light wire after the converter box to get that running light signal. You most likely will need to ground the light to the bracket if it is metal or to the frame of your vehicle. I recommend using heat shrink butt connector like # DW05744-5 for that connection and weather seal.
