Why Don't Parallel Generators Get Full Power of Each Generator

Your parallel gen sets produce 6000 watts max with 5500 or so continuous but the individual generator is 3200 watts max and 2900 continuous so why isn’t the parallel pair 6400 max and 5800 continuous? Thanks

This is a really good question, we spoke with the manufacturer of the etrailer 6,000-Watt Portable Inverter Generators # 333-0002-2-0007 and they told us that when you parallel two generators you get about 95 percent of the power from each one. This is why the combined power isn't just double the power of an individual one.

I attached a review video link for this generator set for you to check out as well.
