Question:
My truck has a 17,020 trailer max 25300 combined weight. My truck weighs 8350 with a max weight of 10,000. I am looking at a 13,255 fifth wheel RV with a 2110 hitch weight. My calculations come up I’m over loaded by 700 lbs or so. Am I doing something wrong or do I need to look for fifth wheel with a hitch weight 1600 lb or less. Thank you

I went to Ram's site that allows you to check towing capacities and every version of your truck I looked up had a higher capacity than needed to tow a 13,255 lb fifth wheel trailer.
