Can this item C51120 brake controller fit in my truck Ford F-150 2008 and what else will I need for a complete connection I have in my tow package a 7 and 4 way trailer connection. Thanks.

The Curt Discovery brake controller part # C84VV that you referenced can easily fit your 2008 Ford F-150 with the factory 7-way by using custom install harness part # C51322.
This plugs into the brake controller install port under the dash of your truck and then into the back of the controller and you're set.
