Trailer Roof Vent Recommendation for 110V Shore Power

I would like to purchase this fan and use110v shore power to operate it. Is this possible? If not, is there a fan available which is compatible with shore power?

The MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent # MA00-06200K is designed for use with 12V power. If you wanted to power it using shore power then the best way to do that would be with a converter like the Progressive Dynamics PD9100 Series Inteli-Power Converter # PD9140A which is meant to connect to 12V lighting and appliance circuits.

Currently (as of February 2019) the only trailer roof vent available that is compatible with 110V shore power without a converter is the Ventline Roof Vent # V2128SP-01. The biggest difference between this vent and the MaxxFan deluxe is that this doesn't have a thermostat. The Ventline doesn't have a rain cover either but if you wanted to add one so you can have the vent open while it is raining you can use the Ultra Breeze Trailer Roof Vent Cover # FVU1500BL.

Please note that you will also need the Installation Kit # 344270KITW for the Ventline roof vent. For the MaxxFan you will need the sealant like what comes with this kit. This is available by itself as part # 34427034145-1.
